You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information, including address updates and credit card details. Failure to do so may result in additional fees or disruption of service.

We reserve the right to alter our Credit package at any time (in accordance with our process noted below and you will have the option to deactivate your profile if you do not agree with the changes being offered to you.

Please note that your tokens will expire in 60 days (2 months) from the day of the purchase if you do not use them.

2. Price Adjustments

We reserve the right to change our pricing structure, providing at least 30 days' notice. If you disagree with any price changes, you may deactivate your profile.

3. Billing Disputes and Refunds

• Resolving Disputes: Contact us via email or phone before disputing a charge with your credit card company.
• Refunds: Refunds are only provided for unused Credits except in exceptional circumstances like Service Interruptions, billing errors etc. We do not offer cash refunds, all refunds are processed via our billing agent. Refunds are normally processed within 14 days once approved.

Your account is for personal use only and cannot be shared or transferred. You are solely responsible for any activity conducted under your profile.
